1. assemble the corresponding iron tubes to install the cart base, remember to install four wheels.
2. assemble the wide steel panel and four U-bars onto the cart base.
3.adjust the position of every part to make the whole cart be in an ideal condition.
4.Then tighten up all the bolts.
